I'm searching online for my nursing book (.PDF) and I found two different types of covers but they both have the same name. Do they differ in content?

These factors, along with undesirable shift hours, high levels of job-related stress and insufficient staffing, all lead to lower job satisfaction causing many new nurses to change jobs. NURSES RETIRING In 2000, the percentage of the nursing workforce that was over the age of 50 was 33 percent. By 2008, 44.7 percent of the nursing workforce was over 50 years of age and 55 percent of nurses were over the age of 50 in 2013. By 2022, it’s estimated that 551,000 nurses will retire. The rate of RN retirement combined with other factors, such as difficulty retaining recent nurse graduates and a reduced capacity in nurse training programs, makes it increasingly difficult to meet the demand for RNs. In the next 10 to 15 years, more than 1 million nurses will be retiring. MORE PEOPLE ACCESSING HEALTH CARE Depending on which studies or polls one reads, we should estimate somewhere between 10 million and 30 million people have gained access to health care as a direct result of the Affordable Care Act (Obamacare). That has placed a strain on the health care work force. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, by 2030, more than 20 percent of the U.S. population is projected to be age 65 and over, compared to 9.8 percent of the population in 1970. So people are living longer and are needing a commensurately greater share of health care resources. NOT ENOUGH NURSING STUDENTS Two thirds of nursing schools report that t were forced to deny applicants due to a shortage of faculty, classroom space, clinical sites, and budget constraints. To put this into real numbers, 80,000 qualified applicants to nursing schools are turned away each year. Quite simply stated, to answer your question; the number of new graduates from nursing schools is not keeping pace with the increasing numbers of nurses that are leaving the profession and the increasing numbers of people accessing health care. This will continue to be a growing problem for years to come.
