Do employers, recruiters and the HR realize how inconsiderate it is to expect a candidate to type in ten years of employment history on their phones, which can easily be uploaded from any PDF files if the employer has the proper program?

After many years of going through the process, obtaining my certifications and education, I finally was asked to interview for a position at my dream employer; NASA. I arrived early, contacted my POC who met me at the main security building. She looked at me like she was pissed that she had to be my “escort". I followed her to the building where the interview would be conducted. We went in, walked up the stairs to where the interview was going to take place. There was a very hostile receptionist there to greet me. She told me, not asked, to go have a seat and “t” would call me when “t were ready" my appointment was at 9.00 am. 9 came, nothing. 9.10 came, nothing , 9.15 came, nothing. The receptionist hadn't even looked up. 9.20 came and I began to get restless, she finally looked up and said “it'll be a few minutes" finally glad to hear something, I settled back in. At around 9.35, this ragged, harried, hung over looking woman came walking really fast up to the receptionist, grabbed a key and went into a adjoining conference room. Nothing was said to me. Finally at about 9.45, just as I was about to get up and leave, 4–5 more people came walking in, drinking their coffee and munching on stuff. T also didn't say anything and walked right into the conference room. Finally the receptionist said “you can go in now". I got up, walked in and the people were acting like I just got there; no apologies or anything. I sat down, the harried, drunk lady read over the job position very quickly, looked up and asked “why are you here?” Thinking it was “go" time and she was asking me the “why are you the best candidate for this position” type of question, I went into my spiel - education, certifications, qualifications, experience, etc. All of them looked bored. One of the random people (none introduced themselves), asked “no, the question she is asking, is, did you notice the sign outside that said we won the diversity in hiring award?? Yes? Then why are you here?” I was a bit shocked, still thinking this was a test, I was cut-off and told “look the only reason we called you in is because you're a disabled veteran and we have to. But, you're attempting to take a position away from a diversity candidate” I looked around the room, none looked at me, all were staring intently at their papers. I stood up and said “well, I guess I'll be going then". I walked out of the door, and still being the courteous type, said “thank you “ to the receptionist. As the door closed, I could hear laughing from the conference room. The receptionist barely acknowledged me so I walked out, got into my car and left. I was fuming because this was my dream employer, I was more than qualified, could have walked right into the position and hit the ground running. I thought of reporting them, but what good would that do? I could have forced my way into the position, but imagine what that work environment would have been like.

Type on PDF: All You Need to Know

So, no, I didn't. A month passed, and I still hadn't done anything at work that would have made my interviewer think I was “qualified”. He called, I showed up and got on, waited about an hour, got asked what my major was, my doctor's name, the interviewer told “you don't need to worry about anything because the process is almost complete.” I responded “uh maybe you should reconsider”, he said “I can't tell you what the exact process is because I don't know” and said he'd call me back. He didn't. Three more phone calls. Two were with people in his HR department, the other was just on hold. I was completely distraught. As time passed, my anxiety and depression grew. Not anymore talking to the people I was supposed to be talking to at work. The third day, I finally spoke to the HR.
