Music Music hi and welcome to this DCP web tutorial in today's tutorial I'm gonna give you a beginner's guide to using Google Forms so let's open up the web browser I'm using Google Chrome and the first thing you need to know is in order to use Google Docs you need to create a Google account so if you don't have one go to Google type in create Google account and then click on this link here and then follow the signup procedure and you'll be able to access Google Docs so once you've done that go back to google and type in Google Docs anywhere to access this link here and it's Google slash Docs slash about and when we click on there we'll see that there's these four options across the top so the first one is called Docs and this is very similar to sort of Microsoft Word it's kind of like that sort of style this one similar to Microsoft Excel sheets we've got slides here which is quite similar to PowerPoint and they've all got forms so we're going to do a tutorial on forms and we'll look at these other applications separately in other tutorials so let's go ahead and click on forms and we'll go to Google Forms here there's this button here you can read more about them down here can either look and find out what they're all about but we'll just go ahead and click this blue bar so this is what you're presented with when you go to the form section or Google and here across the top you can see a blank document you can see contact information a reservation party invite and t-shirt sign up so these are just some basic templates that you can use...

Form — If you are using forms.google.com to create or edit a form, follow steps 1-3 above. Step 3: Post the results to Google — Open the Form at g-forms.google.com Enter the name and contact information for the respondents. If you want to edit and format another username, press the EDIT button. Step 4: Complete the form — If you get all the answers you entered, click the Submit button to complete the form. Step 5: View responses on Google — If you see the names of Survey heart respondents, use the search tool available to you and get more details from your own Google app. Note: Survey Heart will not be responsible for any responses you get from users using Survey Heart. Using Google Forms for Online Surveys If you already know the Survey form that you will be creating, then the following sections will refer to it more in details than the steps outlined previously.
